This, combined with the 6-speed manual transmission, gets you a crawl ratio of 84.2:1 for a steady crawl speed to help you up practically any incline or obstacle.
The Jeep Wrangler offers you a choice of 3 capable 4x4 systems, one of which is the available Selec-Trac 4x4 system on Sahara models. It has an always active 4x4 transfer case to do all the thinking for you while you focus on the road. Selec-Trac sends torque to the wheels that need the most grip and switched to 4WD for optimum traction as needed. There's also a 4-Low setting for slippery surfaces to give you more torque at slower speeds.
